Tonight we go to the sea, Puglia has an exciting seafood cuisine, we will have dinner barefoot on the beach, starting with an endless sequence of appetizers, first raw and then cooked. we then move on to the first courses (deliberately plural) and whoever is strong enough will reach the second courses.
