Today a path that branches off between the Amiata woods and the Crete Senesi. We pedal near Abazia Sant’Antimo (8th century) Famous place of spiritual retreat, and then we climb up to Montalcino where, leaving the woods, we rejoin the Val d’Orcia passing through the vineyards of Brunello di Montalcino. At the end of the day, the mandatory photos with the background of the famous bridge of San Quirico d’Orcia.

At sunset: Ristorante l’Asinello – Castelnuovo Berardenga

At dinner we are in Castelnuovo Berardenga, home of one of the best Chianti Classico crus, drinking quality is guaranteed. We are hosted in a Michelin-starred restaurant with a delicious regional cuisine, this is the best place to taste the Tuscan cuisine of game, wild boar, pigeon, pheasant and deer, a dinner for enthusiasts.

Signature dishes: Beef oxtail and black cabbage Steamed sandwich  — Deer fillet, currant, sweed green pepper and mustard
