Booking Roles
DEPOSIT BOOK
• For book the trip you need to pay 2,000 USD deposit, but if you are more confidence you may pay whole trip price
• Deposit is payable online with Visa o Mastercard card at www.hirides.com
• If you are more confident you may pay in full at the time of booking
DEPOSIT REFUND
• Up to 15 days after your book, your deposit is refundable less 5% as Visa / Mastercard refund fees
• Up to 120 days before tour start date you may cancel the reservation, we refund you the deposit less 25% as administrative fees
• You must confirm the reservation trip by balance payment within 120 days before tour start
• If you don’t cancel the reservation or the balance trip payment is not received when due within 120 days before tour start date, you loss the deposit and hi-rides.com reserves the right to cancel your reservation
CONFIRMATION TRIP
• Your trip reservation need to confirms your reservation by balance trip payment
• The confirmation is due within 120 days before tour start date
• Balance trip is payable online with Visa o Mastercard card at www.hirides.com
• If you book a trip less than 120 days before departure, we will ask you to pay the full trip price upfront
DEPOSIT TRANSFER
• Up to 120 days before tour start date, your deposit is fully trasferible to another trip
• If you book a trip less than 120 days before departure you can’t transfer your deposit
